League table - Lookup data from another sheet and list from high to low

Hello

I have a table of table on one sheet that I'd like to be displayed as a league style list on another sheet. I've had a go and it should be quite a simple forumla but I keep coming up with errors.

add totals for rows and columns and do an hlookup and vlookup
