Copy to another sheet based on the value

    Hi,

I have a workbook with 2 sheets. In 1st sheet there are some data with 6 columns.

I want the entire row to copy to the 2nd sheet if the value of the 5th column of the particular row is equal to "0".

I need to save this second sheet as a .csv file to import it to my accountancy software. If I apply filters to the first page, when I saving the sheet as a csv file, it still shows the hidden unwanted rows as well.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you hidden rows in your 1st sheet, if yes then use Ctrl+G command and then Special and then use visible cells to copy or otherwise attach your worksheet here.

Re: Copy to another sheet based on the value

Here trade_summary.xls downloaded daily through online source.
Then the Stock Code & Price copy to the Update.xlsx
Name updated through vlookup function from another sheet
Other columns do not need but have to be there to keep inline with accountancy software requirement.

Here what I want is save rows with "Last Price" > 0 & import them as .csv file.
    Attached Files Attached Files

    1. Remove the 2nd blank row then filter the data with last price not equal to zero
    2. Select with Ctrl+A then Ctrl+c to copy and paste special + value command in a new sheet
    3. save this new sheet with csv format if prompt then use save yes.
