How to read a external txt file for TIP on excel

I found a sheet that can display a screen with TIPS for the users !! Can we take this to the next level ? How can I update the text on the screen for all the users that open the file....

I can place a txt file on my server and ask the VBA to read that text with the tips for the users ? - is that possible ?

What you need is a sub that get the content of text file located at server, after that you can solve the rest by yourself.
