how to keep copied formulas static

Hello. I have this formula in a cell. Is there a way that I can copy it to the next cell without having it change? =COUNTIFS(B5:B17093,">0",C5:C17093,"=0",D5:D17093,"0",E5:E17093,"0")

a $ in front of the column (letter) will turn it static, the same applies to the $ in front of the row number. This formula will copy exactly all other but you can play with the dollar signs to let the columns or rows change accordingly
