Syn Outlook calendar with excel 2013 - for scheduling purpose

    Hi there,

I work for a IT company as a projects coordinator, maintaining and updating the schedule is quite an important part of my job. when I initially joined the team, the team was quite small and now its close to hit the 50 mark of technical resource to be managed on day to day basis.

all this was and is managed via a excel s.sheet. it sort of works this way.

dates on top of s.sheets, engineers name on the left hand col. then we have monthly tabs (jan, feb, march, etc) and 4 weeks slots per month which covers daily booking Monday to Friday.

the problem we are facing is that, the booking we have in the s.sheet at times doesn't match with what the engineers have in the calendar as its not communicated through.

my question is, is there any way to have the 2 syn'd in i.e. have outlook and excel linked and syn'd in. if someone updates either then real time update is carried out in both(outlook and excel)? I have attached a sample s.sheet as well for ref purpose.

is it doable or is there any good scheduling software for such?

    thxs for reading through
