Converting Old Database, tricky to pull information

Looking for a little help here, very tricky. I converted an old database. I managed to get the “recipe” into excel in a half ways useful way. What I am looking to be able to do is search in A4 sheet Design Master, it will look in the Recipes sheet Column A for a match. If it finds a match it will look in column B and see STACKING: stuff, then it should look down B until it find the next instance of STACKING: stuff. This -1 would give the number of rows in column A to pull. (Open to Other ideas) The recipe header is always 1,2,3 numbers followed by a C or R, that could be another approach.

Part 2, once the rows are identified separate the characters of the particular row, remove “:” and “B”. then these need to get pulled into the Design Master sheet columns I, KLM (Drop Down Menu), and sometimes O when the recipe is long.
I put examples in the Recipe sheet columns C thru I. Some tricky recipes are starting at rows 1775 and 64373. I am willing to be flexible and do something different, I just help overcoming this difficulty. I prefer formulas but maybe VBA is better suited???

    Thanks in Advance!!

The file is 14 mb, the limit showing 1 mb, is there another way to upload a large file?

just reduce the amount of data that you provide. we only need just enough to get the hang of what you want
