    same workbook different pc

Hi, thought you guys might give me an idea of whats wrong here.
Problem is, we have same excel file which our team fill in/edit on daily basis, thing is, some of us see all hidden lines, the other ones not, same file, I'm almost certain all the setting are the same on all machines (might be wrong ), no matter what www do hide/unhide it either they all hide or all show, but not as the original file should look like. Does any of you know what to do?

Might help to post some screenshots of what is different - normally I'd say the sheet, but we need to see what is happening on the different workstations, not just how they appear on ours.

Of course if you are happy to post the workbook too that could prove useful.
