Count number of colums that cantains numbers from a specific range

How do I count the number of Columns that contains values in a particular range??

I attached a sample, as always I appreciate your help..

One way to do this with a helper row.

Any other way to do it without helper row, since my range may change such as more rows of data?

You can still use a helper row and just hide it if necessary, but I'd use the formula below (in C9:H9) instead and just change the range as you add more rows of data:
