Hi all,

On the attached timesheet/roster template, when i select RDO (see E11 & F11) to highlight a "Rostered Day Off", I am given an error "#VALUE" in H column, where I would like the number of hours worked in that shift to be shown. I know it is showing an error because it is trying to calculate text. How do I get it to ignore the text RDO? So that it returns a blank cell or a '0' value in the G and H columns (and the others e.g. K,L,O,P columns)?

Thank you very much for your help I have spent a lot of time trying to fix this.
