Hi Guys,
Is it possible if I have to print the same document for every day of the year. For excel to change the date as it prints out all 365 sheets.
Only the date will change for each page.
thanks in advance for your time.

Hi,
Yes, just include the =TODAY() function wherever you want the date to appear.

Hi,
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you.
I read your post as wanting to print out one sheet each day (hence 365 over the course of a year) and each time you print the document would contain the current day's date.
If you mean something different then please clarify.
... and when you say 'sheets' do you mean that you have 365 Excel sheet tabs, or do you mean that you have a range on a single sheet with 365 page breaks (either manual or automatic) which prints 365 'sheets'
I mean, I have an excel register, one sheet, one tab. But what i want to do is print off a years worth of the same sheet, from 1st Jan to 31 Dec.
What I am currently doing is 01 Jan 2014 then press print, 02 Jan 2014 then press print (365 times). Can excel understand that I want just the date changed on the sheet for every day of the year?
I press print and I get the same sheet 365 copies, with every date of that year in order.
Hi,
OK then what you need is a simple macro that will increment the date every time it sends the print page instruction to the printer.
Something like the following
