conditional formatting--any years, all years, and an at least

Hello. How would I create conditional formatting for the following? (spreadhsheet attached)

Criteria 1, customer filed 2 or more claims in ALL years

Criteria 2, customer filed 5 or more claims in ANY years

Criteria 3, customer has 3 or more years of data, and they have at least 1 claim in every year

Actually, I didn't understand the third formula. =IF(ISERROR(MATCH(C8,C9:C5003)),IF(AND(COUNTIF(C:C,C8),COUNTIF(C:C,C8)-COUNTIFS(C:C,C8,E:E,">"&0)=0),"Yes","No"),"")

Why do you need the AND part? IT seems like you could delete that and just include this piece COUNTIF(C:C,C8)-COUNTIFS(C:C,C8,E:E,">"&0)=0)

Also, you need to put a FALSE in the formula or it doesn't work on larger spreadsheets.

Right... actually when I took a look at it again today, I have no idea why did I put that in

Also, the third formula needs to ignore customers with less than 3 years of data, which it is not doing I'll try to figure out.
