Hi, I have roll nos. and names in one sheet. In different columns with name adjacent to respective number.
In different sheet I have roll numbers and exam marks for different years. I want to put names next to each number accordingly.

in Sheet2!B3
=VLOOKUP(A3,Sheet1!A$3:B$12,2,0)
and copy down the column
