14 Day Tracker

14 Day Overnight Tracker.xlsxIm a security guard and im in charge of keeping track of people that spend the night in the facility i guard. they can only spend 14 days over a 12month people then they get a 30day ban. well i came up with a tracker that works for the most part but with the volume of people that enter and exit the building and stay over it gets to be a pain. im trying to make it to were it will keep track of every person and keep a running tally of how many nights they have stayed over. right now it keeps track of them on a monthly basis but then i have to go back each month and count up the days in past months that said person stayed over its a pain. im just looking for a way to streamline it.

Re: 14 Day Tracker

Hi, welcome to the forum

Not all members are able - or willing - to download files from file-hosting sites, so please upload your (clean) sample workbook here

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
