Excel workbooks are very slow to edit

Hi, i have attached to you 2 of the simplest excel files that i have.
Whenever i try to move from tab to tab or to edit the chart area, it take ages.
Tried to open the same file on different computers at the university and it is the same problem.
i don't have any particular complicated formatting to my knowledge.
    Your help is most appreciated.
    Regards

Yep, summary file bit slow to load and slow when changing from Summary tab to 32 degree tab.
Same goes for loading EXPERIMENT file and changing tab from Blank3 to OCP.

Both OCP and 32 degree have graphs on them.

I'm on a very fast network at work and this is the first time I've seen an Excel file load slowly :-(

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
