Arrange the layering of series displayed in a plot

I have a plot of a large data series (>43000 points) and I want to display a smaller data series on top of it, but I can't find a way to arrange the order that the data series are displayed. It automatically places the large data series on top, even if I arrange their order in the "Select Data" menu.

I'm running Excel 2010 and it's an x-y scatter plot.

I've attached an example spreadsheet. I want Series 2, the line, to display on top of Series 1.
