Form Controls - help requested

I am using Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011 for starters. I have been removed from excel for a number of years so I have forgotten a lot of things, especially form controls. vba and macros.

Anyways. I have a spreadsheet that is being used to test pumps - Fire engine pumps and the workbook is compiled with a tally sheet, imperial gallons sheet, metric sheet and US gallons sheet.

User selects tip size (1 thru 4)
User enters gauge readings (1 thru 4)
Button(US/Imperial or Metric) selects right info from sheet <- how do i do this? There is a cell behind the imperial button called "Units" - I know this is probably something very simple and easy - a little help would be awesome.
