I've seen this before, so I know it's possible. I just have not been able to figure out how.
Here is an example of what I am attempting to do...
I have a spreadsheet with headers setup on multiple rows (Let's say row's 1-3 as well as rows 55, 119 and 189). I would like rows 55, 119 and 189 to freeze once they hit the top freeze pain (1-3). the rest of the below text should continue to scroll.

maybe have a look at Data/Group and see if that helps. Or hide the rows not needed to show a continuous range.
If you need further help please consider to attach a sample workbook (we could work with that) rather than attaching a picture.

This doesn't appear to be anything special just hidden rows from 4-54.
Without typing all the details, here is the same thing from my own computer.
