Thanks 6string! The example you gave is pretty close to what I was imagining.. Will probably have vertical instead of horizontal orientation, but same concept.. What I can't see though, are formulas associated between the shape and the check box.. I can't right-click on the check boxes, and the shapes show no formulas.. And don't see where you used macros.. Are they hidden somewhere, or am I just slightly stupid? lol
