Value return from Minimum and Maximum values

Hi all,

I have a file where I have the maximum and minimum values of Zipcodes. I need to get the state from that tab into another file where the codes are listed but the state has a null value. I have attached a file with 2 tabs. One tab is the zip code tab which lists all the max and min value of the zipcodes and the state. I want a formula that will look up these codes and insert the state in the States tab.
