How to "force" users to not leave certain cells blanks?

    Hi all,

I have a worksheet "form" type thing where users have to fill out various cells. Some of the users are forgetting to input data into important cells (I have used conditional formatting to mark those cells in pink until they are filled out). How would I go about "forcing" users to fill these cells out?

EDIT: I have attached a sample worksheet as suggested.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I think that what you are looking for is Data Entry Validation. I did a Google search for this and found this site that has code for validating data entry. It might be similar to what you are looking for.
