How do you make a value 'Yes' in a worksheet link to a cell in a different worksheet?

    Hello all,

I would appreciate if you could help we with linking a cell in one work sheet to another. So if G4 has a value of 'Yes' i am taken to a specific cell in the next worksheet.

    Please see attached worksheet.

    Thank you for any help!
