    Sumifs help

    I've been struggling with this for a few days and wanted to seek out some help.

    I have two schedules a receipt schedule and delivery schedule and they have corresponding batch numbers that I want to make sure are on both schedules...so I am sum if the criteria and having it post the delivered volume if it meets the criteria...That works....The problem I am having is that i have a start time on one schedule and a finish time on another schedule...that I would like to add to my sum if formula that if the finish date is greater than the start date of the two batches then calculate the elapsed time..if it is not greater than the date either give me a negative number or no nothing. Is there a way to do this?

    just so you have an idea of the schedule format

    Delivery Receipt
    PMT-CEM-XOM-901 DSW 140,000 14:00 9/11/2014 other schedule----> ECH-CEM-XOM-901 140,000 23:00 9/13/2014

    if CEM + XOM + 901* then post delivered amount.....would like in column next to volume would add the elapsed time in days of the start and stop time of the two batches....reason i am doing this is one a check to make sure i have a corresponding batch on the delivery side...and two i want to know how long that batch takes to deliver.

    To attach a Workbook
    (please do not post pictures or links to worksheets)
    • Click Advanced (next to quick post),
    • Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
    • Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
    • Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
    • Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
    • Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
    • Click "Submit Reply"
