Preparing daily excel report from given figures

Kindly go through the attachment. Sheet 2 to be referred for preparing report in Sheet1. Data is available in Sheet2. I need to prepare a daily report of how many documents have been received from "To Reliance" folder, 'Reject' Folder & how many documents have been sent from "From Reliance" Folder. Please help. can u help me =SUMPRODUCT((SEARCH("*"&"To Reliance"&"*",Sheet2!C2:C4887)="To Reliance"))*(Sheet2!A2:A4887=Sheet1!A5)

Hi Punnam,

I guess you need to add a helper column if you have to use SUMPRODUCT, it will work only when there is an EXACT match & not a portion of the text.
