Purchase order templates

Hi everyone

Sorry to go on about these stupid templates again but I need some help with it.

I have downloaded a template from microsoft and edited all the relevant fields to suit and saved it.

Now when I open it to make an order the number doesnt change, what am I doing wrong?

Hi Ron

The template was one of microsofts purchase order templates called Garamond Grey downloaded straight from the excel search

I have edited template to suit and its all ready to go, I have saved in a folder that I intend to save all the purchase orders but for some reason i cant get the numbers to wind on.

I would really appreciate any help you can give me on this its driving me crazy.
