I want to know how to fix a month in a coloumn to the exact position of the same month amongst 12 calendar months e.g. September month in coloumn A1, now I want of show it amongst January to December at the place of September in different coloumn.

Welcome to the Forum.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

In E4 I put the formula = IF (AND (MONTH ($ A4) = MONTH (S $ 3), YEAR ($ A4) = YEAR (S $ 3)), $ B4, "") then "dragged" to the right and down and in D4 I put the formula = IF (AND (MONTH ($ A4) <= MONTH (S $ 3), YEAR ($ A4) <= YEAR (S $ 3)), $ B4, "") then "dragged" down.
I change the name of month with real date.
