Excel template formats different on one computer than the rest

I created several templates in excel to aid in filling out various forms. These forms appear just fine when everyone else in my department opens them, but when one coworker opens them, there will be several places where text is cut off when you go to print it. It is almost as if it resizes the text, but when you click on the cell, the text is the same type (ATX_N) and size. We have gone through her settings in excel, they are the same as the settings on my computer, we have reimaged the computer, reinstalled microsoft office, and can't fix the problem. I have logged onto her computer and I had the same problem on her computer, but when I logged back onto mine, the problem went away. Does anyone have any idea what else I could check to try to fix her problem?
