A Rota

I am trying to create a rota for staff covering two projects on a 24/7 basis. I have 13 day staff members working 37.5 hours a week on average and 5 night staff. shifts are 8-4 early, 2 - 10:30 late and 10 - 8:30 nights with an occasional flexi shift. 7 of the workers must be based permanently at each scheme on a 3/4 split with the rest of the team working between both projects. All staff must do night shifts at one of the projects with a night team member. This task is doing my head in, can anyone help?!

welcome to the forum

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford
