Merging Spreadsheets and keeping duplicate rows

I've been searching for an answer to this question for 2 hours but nothing quite matches what I want to do, so I'll post my question here.

I have a spreadsheet with only 80 rows in it and I need data from another spreadsheet with over 200 rows. One of these rows in each spreadsheet contains a matching field (Job #). I only want the 80 matching rows data from the over 200 row sheet.

Is there an easy way to combine these two. Even adding the 80 to the 200+ will be fine as I can just remove the blanks. I can't figure out a way to combine them and match them up. Any help on this would be great as it will save me many hours of work.

    Thanks

Can you just run a bunch of lookups with INDEX(MATCH) looking from the 80-size spreadsheet into the 200-size spreadsheet to fill in the cells, and then copy/pasting the values over the functions to flatten it?

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately not sure how INDEX(MATCH) works, I used conditional formatting in the end. Though this wasn't great and I still had some manual tweaking to do afterwards. I'll look into INDEX and VLOOKUP to see if they can save me time in the future.
