Need help with Link or Formula may be

I have created this cool football field on spreadsheet to track all my projects. Now, i want to move my shapes that's on field automatically when i change value in cell (AH32 to AHXX) - see attached file. Value in column AHXX matches to two rows on football field to link that with shapes. If you think i need to have something else instead of Shape with text in it than please recommend. IF you come up with better idea please donot hesitate to tell me or change on attached file. I apprecaite any help i get. Thanks
