The strangest thing after I came back off of vacation I can't seem to open excel Spreadsheets that have been save to the drive. I have excel and its all up to date even reloaded it. It also wont let me Copy.Format or paint from on spreadsheet to another. Yes I did a virus scan. But I think its possessed

Do you have the file preview turned on in Windows Explorer? I have found that this causes problems especially with files that are network based or "in the cloud". If you have the preview turned on, turn it off and see how it goes.

Where is this at in Windows? Tools?
In Windows 2010, Windows Explorer is found under the START button, Accessories. If you use Windows 8, I don't know.
