Need to Mirror Live Excel Workbook on TV

Is there a way to connect to a video display (i.e. television) while working on one Excel Workbook and see another display on the TV? For example: I want to enter scoring for a golf tournament into a workbook on my computer, but see the updated results (A Leaderboard, like on TV) from another Excel workbook on the display. I believe PowerPoint allows you to do something similar, but does Excel, or can you in conjunction with PowerPoint?

If you connect your TV to your computer via VGA or HDMI, you can set your TV as your secondary display and show your other Excel on the TV. Your computer will need to have two VGA ports to do that. Or if you have 1 HDMI, I believe it can be split into two VGA.
