Show values in percentages

I want to show values entered with percentage sign.(%) Right now, if i enter any value say,10 in a cell having percentage format, shows 1000%. For that, I don't want to enter 0.1. I just want to enter any value and see it with percentage symbol.

Please, solve my problem.

I think if you use a custom format like:

0"%"

this would do that.

I think that this one happen only the first time when you click Icon percent style or format cell is percentage.

when you put data is 10 and click % button then data show 1000%.

but if you key data again it will show 10%.

other you have to assign the cell as percentage before key in value
