It sounds like what you essentially want to do is reset the used-range of your worksheet. See if this helps at all:

It would depend on what your worksheet looks like though, if you want to skip blank rows between the first and last set of data in your worksheet then you probably want to filter the data or something.
Maybe if you could upload an example worksheet with some examples of the sort of data you are working with and what you want the printout to look like then I could be of more help.
