    Calculating the 3rd Decile

    a. Arrange data in an array
    b. Determine the:
    i. Range
    ii. Mode
    iii. Median
    c. Compute the 3rd decile


    My problem is on sheet 3 of my excel file. I dont understand what my professor means by array, and 3rd decile. How do I arrange in an array and how do I find the 3rd decile?
