    Format in concatenated cell

When I try to add the contents of two cells into one on another worksheet, I have a problem with the format. I use the following method: =CONCATENATE("At ",Werkblad!C23," on ",Werkblad!C25), where C23 is a text field and C25 a date field. It results in: "At EUROPOORT on 41857" I want this 41857 to be displayed as a date. The original cell is formatted ate date: "At EUROPOORT on 06-08-2014"

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

Both thanks for the quick response. Tried the solution from gillyr7 and that works, great! Thanks, will also try the other option.
