Hi everyone, I am Vannarath. I have one question need you all to help me. I have 4 sheets from sheet1 to sheet3, I typed code items and quantity which the code has 5 columns. In sheet 4 I have defined dropdown in I2 Cell(yellow fill) which has all code fromsheet1 to sheet3. So my purpose is that in sheet 4 I want to select code in I2 cell then it will appear in code column items and quantity automatically. I'm looking for your answer. Thank in advance!

I suggest that you have all your data on one worksheet instead of the 3 that you have as they are all the same except for what is listed. A VLOOKUP can then be used to extract the data that you want very easily.

Insert a new column A as a helper and enter in A2 this formula to give a code that matches the dropdown.
