my boss hates my macros.

i do all the reports for him to analyze and i use macros. he has the same office 2013 64bit as i do. i save my macros to personal.xlsb

is there something i should be doing? i looked up some solutions such as enabling macros, saving file extension as .xls .xlsx .xlsb .xlsm and enabling developer tab on the ribbon on his machine.

his excel programs always freezes and hangs up. he ends up closing the program.

is there a fix or a work around? may be saving the workbook just with the data without the macro in the background running?
