Formula to populate results to the left of the reference date

Hi

I am looking to populate dates but am struggling because the dates I need populated sit to the left of the reference date.

See the attachment for more detail, I want the dates to populate in B55-O55.

The first formula needs to go in O55, the correct date comes from row 3 and in this case would be 13-6-14, N55 would be 31-5-14 etc.

enter the following formula in cell B55 and drag through the row till cell O55

=OFFSET($A$3,0,MATCH($P$55,$B$3:$AS$3,0)+COLUMN(B55)-COLUMN($P$55))
