Which formula do I use to create one text value from multiple number values?

Hi, sorry if this is a bit simple, but I want to create a formula that converts data covering three months (i.e. Jan, Feb, Mar) into fiscal quarters
(=Q4), how can I do that?
In Column A, I have the project name, in Column B, I have the month (in date format) by which it needs to be completed, and I want Column C to automatically calculate the fiscal quarter for each project using the data in Column B.
    Thanks for your help!

    With
    B1: a date....01-Apr-2014

This regular formula calculates the fiscal quarter for that date

Is that something you can work with?

Thanks, that formula certainly produces a quarter value, but because the dates range over four quarters, if I drag and copy the formula to the rest of the lines, it doesn't calculate the right quarter for each date (it should show April - June as Q1, July - Sep as Q2, Oct - Dec as Q3 and Jan - March as Q4). Any idea how I can cover these variables in the formula?

    You may try this.....
Assuming that the date is in B1, then
    In C1
