Entering data with UserForm in to Sheet2

Dear all
I m trying to enter data with a UserForm on excel sheet. My aim is the data will be entered on to Sheet2 and by using VLookUp function the data will be transferred to Sheet1 so that the Sheet2 data will be safe when I refresh the Sheet1.
I have prepared the form on the attached excel file it will auto load when you open the file.

Can you please help me with writing these 2 buttons codes at below?

Accept – I like to use this button to enter the invoice number to the Sheet2 (under the Invoice Colum in to A2 cell) and the Notes text to the Sheet 2 (under the Notes Column B2 cell) , and next entries following down from the A2 cell and the B2 cell.

Delete – I like to delete entire row
