I have a spreadsheet tracking whether or not employees have completed 4 mandatory training classes. Trainings are listed in columns ie, 1,2,3,4. There is also a column which list the percent that they have completed. I would like the percent completed field to be red for 0% or 25%, yellow for 50% or 75% and green for 100% completed. Only played a little but no success yet.
