Content shown on worksheet different than Print Preview and Print in 2007

Since upgrading to Windows 2007 (I was already using Excel 2007) I am having issues with the content in the cells on the worksheet not appearing the same on Print Preview and when I print. On the worksheet the cell show to be at the best fit both horizontally and vertically. When I look at the contents under print preview, the contents are squashed from the top and cut off from the left. This happens whether I have the format in Top or Central align and is even worse if I use Bottom align. It is also somewhat worse if I have thickened boarders.

    I am using TrueType Fonts.

Any ideas how I can fix this issue?

    Thank you.

When you do tha actual print, what does it look like? Is it squashed as in the print preview?

Did you update the print driver for the printer that you use?

    Pete,

Yes it is. I have to manually keep adjusting the width and height until it prints so it is readable.

    Newdoverman,

I believe they are updated regularly by the IT department. I can check on that tho.

Depending upon the setup, you may need the printer driver on your local computer.

What is the TT Font that you're using? Typical row height, and point size of the desired font?

    Pete,

This happens on all Fonts (I tried going through them all.) The one I am using for this spread sheet is Arial 12, auto format height is 15.75. I also chose the auto format for the width before I had to manually adjust.

I will check with IT on this. They have us tied down pretty tight. We cannot down load anything on our own.
