    Excel 2010 employee absence schedule issue

    Hi

    I downloaded Employee Absence Schedule from the microsoft templates site and is good apart from I want to enter a half day value in the spreadsheet

    For example when I press P, it enters a value of 1 in the July total row but I want to change the value to 0.5 so is a half day value of 0.5 when I press P for Personal

    I can't work it out, not sure if is a formula etc

    I can attach the excel file to a message if need be

    Need to attached that sheet, but you can do divided by 2 to total count of half day.

    I have attached the spreadsheet to this message

    I can't work out where to put the divide the total count by 2 to get the half day for that key as don't need it on all of them

    Thank you for the change, really appreciate it

    Is it ok to quickly change the rown that says July Total so when a half day is entered it displays 0.5 instead of 1

    Is that possible?

    URGENT HELP NEEDED:
    I have the above spreadsheet and I cannot do half days on there for holidays. Can you help me please. I have attached the spreadsheet.

    =COUNTA(tblJanuary[[#This Row],[1]:[31]])-COUNTIF(tblJanuary[[#This Row],[1]:[31]],"H")/2

    Using the same template, how could be possible to add new colors and type of absences to the Color Key row (12)?
