Hey everyone,

I need to figure how to build a chart with some very specific information. I know what the end result is i want to achieve but the problem is getting there.

I need to display percentages of "contacts" by time of day and day of week. A little more explaining here would be useful I think.. We are a program that is ran 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We receive many different types of contacts and we would like to know when we are getting most of these.

Example: 1 - Walk in
2 - Mobile
3 - Phone Call
4 - Emergency Dept
5 - OTN
6 - CSN

I am using Microsoft Excel 2003, but can be on a computer that has 07'. It should be noted that this is one of many spreadsheet I must format since I need the information for the whole year. :@
