Sort rows based on same value

Hi,

I'm trying to compare prices in excel (see attachment). The prices are coupled to unique codes (ISIN codes) but the amount changes every day.
This week there were 22 prices that I needed and this week there are 25. I would like all the ISIN codes and prices to be on the same row as the comparing ones of last week.

It should be like the second part of the attached excel file.

Is it possible to do this through some kind of formula?
