    Remove blank cells

    Hi,

    I have a large spread sheet with columns and rows that contain blank cells. I want to delete all the blanks, I used to be able to do this in older versions of Excel but can't figure out how to do it in 2010. I can't filter as some of my columns don't have headings.

    Example:

    A B C D
    1 2 3
    1 2
    1 2

    I know there's probably a simple way to do it so your help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    I use these two macros to delete blanks. Try them on a copy of your worksheet to make sure they do what you want before running them on real data.

    Thanks for your help but I can't get it to work. Probably as I am doing it wrong but just incase I have attached the file with the blank cells I am trying to remove.

    Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been away from computers!

    As your looking for rows that aren't completely blank, but are blank from column D onward, the following should work to eliminate rows. The column code (as far as I can see) works OK.
