Hi, I have found plenty of posts on suppressing error messages but none specific to the #getting data event when using cube formulas.
I have a model which brings in a significant amount of data from 4 or 5 different cubes and combines into a dashboard. The majority of the dashboard is made up of dynamic charts solely populated from the cube formulas. The values are dynamic based on a series of options I have given the user eg: Account manager, Account, Stock type, Sub stock type, active and inactive accounts.
There is nothing wrong with the model, every thing works nicely except for the invalid references error which pops up as the various options are chosen. I am loathe to create separate calculate now buttons after each choice as there will be certain choices where I will still get the error until the final option is selected.
What I want to do is have perhaps some code which suppresses errors whilst any cell on a sheet is still being calculated? possible? Any other ideas welcomed.
Prize for the first person to come back with a winning solution, likely to be limited to gratitude but that's not a bad result.
