Help with auto fill cells based on two cell input.

I'm a very basic excel user and have yet to go into many areas of it but I need help in a simple task I'm trying to do if someone can give me the right way to do it or direct me to the commands I need to look into
to get it done so I can search.

Basically what I want is:
A1 Manufacture (drop down list), B1 List Selection (Drop down list), = C One column list all the data stored for that criteria.

For example:
Ford+ Part numbers will give me that list
Ford + Paint Colors will give me that list
GM + Vin Numbers will give me that list

ETC. Only one result list at a time is needed right now simple..
