Cross-Analyzing Lists
Hi,
I have two ginormous lists on two different excel documents. On the 1st document, column A is First Name, column B is Last name.
On the 2nd document Column A is Last Name, First Name.
How can I cross check to see if the people from Document 1 are on Document 2?

i dont know where to put the formula?
In an unused column in the first document. e.g., in C1 and copy down,
=MATCH(B1 & ", " & A1, ['Second Document']Sheet1!A:A, 0)
