Min if with several conditions

I am trying to find the minimum value of the summary sheet based on several conditions on the US sales summary sheet.
They are as follows: 1) column C can not= "kit" or "promo". Column aj must be greater than 1. Column AM cannot be blank. " ". I have tried several versions of MIN(If() but nothing seems to be working. Help is much obliged.

sorry, to be clearer, i need the value in summary sheet a13 to be the item number matching the minimum value with those criteria from the us sales summary in column A
